Pastor Neal is the most recent addition to the West Park staff. He comes from Grace Baptist Church in Knoxville, TN where he served as the Pastor of Missions & Evangelism for six years.

Pastor Neal surrendered his life to Christ in 1992 at the age of twenty-five. Ten years later, he accepted a call to ministry and subsequently completed his seminary education at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

He currently serves as Pastor to Adults and oversees Adult Bible Study Fellowships (ABFs), 201 Class, and the leadership development process.

Neal and his wife, Tina, have four beautiful daughters: Allison, Amy, Anna, and Avery. Neal enjoys basketball, golf and spending time with family.
